Risk of Loss
Any items you purchase through TAZIN will be shipped "FOB Origin". In other words, as the purchaser/customer, you shall take responsibility for the items (including loss or damage to them) once www.TAZINBYNKA.com delivers possession of the purchased items to the shipping company.
Product Descriptions
TAZIN attempts to has as accurate as possible with its product descriptions. However, TAZIN does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Slight colour variation of outfits is possible. If a product offered by TAZIN itself is not as described, you sole remedy as the customer is to return the item in its unused condition.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of the product. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items with have any stains, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
We will not process any returns that have not been reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We may ask for a digital image of the product for verification purposes.

You, the customer, will be liable for all return shipping costs/customs charges which may e incurred in the return of the package back to us.
In the event that the error of the product is from our side, we will happily reimburse all shipping incurred by you and exchange the product or provide a store credit for the full product value.
